Pastor Elsie Bell

Pastor Elsie Bell was born and raised in Covington, Georgia. She is the daughter of Willie and Lucile Usher. Since 1995 Pastor Elsie has ministered to the needs of her community as well as to women’s ministries overseas. She has a love for the Body of Christ and believes that through faith and practical application of the Word of God, Believers can be victorious in their everyday lives.  At FOJM she diligently serves alongside her husband, Senior Pastor Lamar Bell, in providing spiritual counseling, financial literacy, age and gender specific mentoring programs, parenting skills, food pantry, clothes closet, financial assistance and much more.  She is very compassionate concerning educating the youth and women of the community.

As a mother of nine (Joyce, Anthony, Linda, Charlene, Rachel, Natarshia, Eddie, Vernon, and Felicia) and a grandmother of more than 25, she and her husband know the importance of family and incorporate family values within their ministry. Pastor Elsie’s goal is to prepare both women and youth, (through the word of God) to live triumphant and victorious lives in this society.
